Radio swap, customer supplied sat nav radio swap in a Nissan Juke.

We were contacted by a customer who had purchased a genuine Nissan sat nav radio system for his Juke. We were asked if we could swap it over for him.

Fortunately he had purchased the GPS antenna and Bluetooth adaptor for the replacement radio and had the pin for the radio!

We stripped out the old radio system, fitted the GPS antenna and Bluetooth adaptor.

A word of warning!!! The steering wheel controls do NOT behave correctly with the replacement sat nav system. For example the volume up button changes the radio channel etc. The customer was not concerned as he was aware in advance that there will be an issue. All of the controls on the actual sat nav unit worked perfectly and as it’s quite a small car, very easily in reach.
