We had a customer that required a front and rear dash cam for their van, the obvious issue being that there are no rear windows for the camera to “see” through!

The solution? Very simple really, we supplied and installed our Thinkware F200 commercial package with a rear IP rated (waterproof) camera (please see our dash cam page for full details).

The install is slightly more challenging as there is no rear window. We fitted a waterproof grommet for cable entry and mounted the camera on the rear door. All the cables are run safely and neatly through existing grommets and with the manufacturers cables.

The end result is the customer now has full coverage front and rear when driving as well as when parked as parking mode will record any incidents utilising the motion and impact detection options available on the Thinkware F200 commercial package.
